Platform Access Policy

This policy applies to customers who subscribe to Vizury’s proprietary marketing cloud platform – Engage Enterprise on a Software-As-A-Service basis under a valid contract governing the terms of such subscription or under a valid Purchase Order issued by the customer. In order for Vizury to provide continuous value to its customers through this platform, subscription fees are to be paid in a timely manner as agreed in the contract or Purchase Order. Hence, in case of delayed payment or non-renewal of the contract, Vizury shall be entitled to take the actions as described below.

A. Where invoice is raised by Vizury and payment is delayed by customer

The following stages shall be considered for this phase:

Notes:

  • Payment received will be attributable to the beginning of the Subscription Term for which the payment is due.
  • Once payment is received, the subscription will stand reactivated.

B.Where subscription has ended and no formal renewal contract has been signed OR Purchase Order is not raised OR where customer consent to continue has not been received.

The following stages shall be considered for this phase:
